RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
LOTS 33, 34, 35, 36 6 37, PACIFICA BUSINESS PARK
CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER, UNIT 2
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsba
Municipal Water District that approval is given for acceptance
execution and recordation of five waterline easements granted b.
Wilma Pacific, Inc., a Georgia corporation, to Carlsbad Municipa'
Water District located in Lots 33, 34, 35, 36, and 37, as show?
on Map No. 11134 and on the legal descriptions designated Exhibi
"A" consisting of one sheet and Exhibit "B" consisting of on
sheet, each attached thereto and made a part thereof.
