RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
LOT 26, CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER, C.T. 81-10
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsba~
Municipal Water District that approval is hereby granted fo
acceptance, execution and recordation of a waterline easemenl
granted by Snap-On Tools, a Delaware corporation, to Carlsbac
Municipal Water District located in Lot 26, Map No, 11134 a:
shown on the legal description designated Exhibit "A" consistin:
of one sheet and Exhibit "B" consisting on one sheet, eacl
attached thereto and made a part thereof.
