RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
LOT 30, CARLSBAD OAKS EAST
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbal-
Municipal Water District that approval is hereby granted fo1
acceptance, execution and recordation of a waterline easemenl
granted by Del Dlos, Inc., a California corporation, to Carlsbac
Municipal Water District located in Lot 30, Map No. 10372 a!
shown on the legal description designated Exhibit "A" consistin]
of one sheet and Exhibit "B" consisting on one sheet, eact
attached thereto and made a part thereof.

ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED the 4th of October 1989.
