RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENTS
LOT 10, CAR COUNTRY, C.T. 87-03
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbac
Municipal Water District that approval is hereby granted fo:
acceptance, execution and recordation of a waterline easemen1
granted by Carltas Co., a California limited partnership, tc
Carlsbad Municipal Water District located in that portion of Lo'
10, according to Map No. 12242 and on the legal descriptions
I designated Exhibit "A" consisting of one sheet and' Exhibit 'IB'
consisting of one sheet, each attached thereto and made a part
thereof, and cf a Subordination Agreement from Charles E. Cook,
Alan P. Johnson, Daniel J. McCluer, and John H. Stewart which
provides that foreclosure or other enforcement of rights under
said deed of trust shall not affect said easement attached
thereto and shall be made a part thereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of October 1989.
