RESOLUTION OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF
CONSTRUCTION OF CALAVERA HILLS PUMP STATION
AND PRV VAULT IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipa
Water District has determined that T. 3. Gorton Constructio
Company has completed the subject projecf: in accordance with th
plans, specifications and terms of the contract document; and
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has recommended that thc
I Board of Directors accept the construction of the Calavera Hill,
Pump Station and PRV Vault Improvements by T. B. Gorto1
Construction Company, authorize the General Manager/Distric
Engineer to file "Notice of Completion" and to release the fina
retention of $18,130.65.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVEDJ by 2he Board of Directors ol
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District:
The Construction of the Calavera Hills Pump Station and PR1
Vault Improvements by T. B. Construction Company is hereb;
accepted.
The General Manager/District Engineer, Robert J. Greaney, ic
authorized and directed to file a "Notice of Completion" for the
project and is authorized to release the final retention 01 - I $18,130.65 the securities held to insure faithful performance, to
T.B, Gorton Construction Company at the end of the thirty-five
I (35) day Pien period following the filing of the "Notice o
Completion".
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 4th day of October, 1989.

on the 4th day of October, 1989, and that it was adopted by the
