RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT
PARCEL NO. 4, PARCEL MAP 15687
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Car:
Municipal Water District that approval is hereby grantec
acceptance, execution and recordation of a waterline eas
granted by Bruno Bassi and Rita Bassi, Trustees of the 1
Family Trust U.D.T. dated May 11, 1989, to Carlsbad Munil
Water District located in Parcel No. 4, Parcel Map 15687 as
on the legal description designated Exhibit "A" consisting o
sheet and Exhibit I'B" consisting on one sheet, each attz
thereto and made a part thereof.
