RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTANCE OF EASEMENT AND SUBORDINATION AGREEMENTS
LOT 6, CARLSBAD AIRPORT CENTER, CARLSBAD TRACT 81-46
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsba
Municipal Water District that approval is hereby granted fo
acceptance, execution and recordation of a waterline easemen
granted by Fox-Croft One, a California limited partnership, t
Carlsbad Municipal Water District located in that portion of lo
4, according to Map No. 12242 and on the legal descriptio
designated Exhibit "A" consisting of two sheets and Exhibit "B
consisting of one sheet, each attached thereto and made a par
thereof, and of a Subordination Agreement from George Elkin
I
Company which provides that foreclosure or other enforcement o
rights under said deed of trust shall not affect said easemen
attached thereto and shall be made a part thereof.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1st day of November 1989.
