CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
SUPPORTING THE NOMINATION OF H. WARREN BUCKNER
TO THE OFFICE OF VICE PRESIDENT OF THE ASSOCIATION
OF CALIFORNIA WATER AGENCIES (ACWA)
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Municipal Water District is a 1
of the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA) a actively interested in seeing that the policies and operati,
ACWA continue to provide solutions and services necessary 1
efficient operation of this District and all water agenci

WHEREAS, H. WARREN BUCKNER, Vice President of the of Directors of Helix Water District, has extensive qu;

the nomination of H. WARREN BUCKNER to the office of
President of the Association of California Water Agencies.
