RESOLUTION NO. 648
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT MAKING CERTAIN APPOINTMENTS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Car:
California has by the adoption of Resolution No. 89-126 act
its responsibilities as the Board of Directors of the Ca:
