RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT RECALLING
ITS MEMBER TO THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY AND APPOINTING A SUCCESSOR
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Water District (District)
has become a subsidiary district of the City of Carlsbad, and the new Board of Directors desires to make its own selection of a
representative to the San Diego County Water Authority
(Authority) ; and
WHEREAS, a majority of the Board of Directors of the
Carlsbad Municipal Water District has voted to recall Margaret J. Bonas as District representative to the Authority; and
WHEREAS, the President of the Board of Directors has
designated and appointed Eric Larson as District
Representative to the Authority; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has consented and approved
such appointment; and
WHEREAS, Eric Larson desires to serve as
representative to the Authority;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District:
1. Margaret J. Bonas, as representatives to the San Diego
County Water Authority for the Carlsbad Municipal Water District is hereby recalled.
2. The appointment of Eric Larson as representative
of Carlsbad Municipal Water District to the Board of Directors of
the San Diego County Water Authority by the President of the
Carlsbad Municipal Water District Board of Directors for the
unexpired term of Mrs. Bonas is hereby consented to and approved.
3. The Secretary is hereby directed and authorized to
deliver a certified copy of this resolution forthwith to the Board of Directors of the San Diego County Water Authority.
