A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD
MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, APPROVING PROJECT CHANGE ORDE: NO. 5 FOR THE 10 MILLION GALLON MAERKLE RESERVOIR

WHEREAS, substitution of stainless steel materiz
