RESOLUTION NO. 656
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A WATERLINE EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, Bruno Bassi and Rita Bassi have submitted
Waterline Easement conveying an easement to the Carlsbal
Municipal Water District for waterline purposes over
portion Parcel No. 4, Parcel Map 15687: and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsba,
Municipal Water District has determined it to be in th
public interest to accept said Deed:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board o
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District a
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Bruno Bassi and Rita Bass
dated " mL!!&2L" conveying an easement fo
waterline purposes over a portion of Parcel No. 4. Parce
Map No. 15687 which is on file with the Carlsbad Municipa
Water District and is incorporated herein by reference, i
accepted.
3. That the Secretary of the Board is authorized to
cause the original Deed to be recorded in the Office of th
