ACCEPTING A WATERLINE EASEMENT. 3
RESOLUTION NO. 657
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
4 WHEREAS, F,I.G, Holding Company, a California
5 corporation, have submitted a Waterline Easement conveying
6 an easement to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District for II
7 /I waterline purposes over a portion Parcel No. 1, Parcel Map
811 14258; and
9 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad

public interest to accept said Deed: 11
Municipal Water District has determined it to be in the
12 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
I 13 Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District as
14 follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
