RESOLUTION NO. 659
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
ACCEPTING A WATERLINE EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, Puritan - Bennet Corporation, a Delaware
corporation, have submitted a Waterline Easement conveyinc
an easement to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District fol
waterline purposes over a portion of Lots 44 & 45, Carlsbac
Research Center Unit 3, Carlsbad Tract 85-24, Map 11810; anc
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbac
Municipal Water District has determined it to be in thc
public interest to accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board 0.
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District a:
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Puritan - Benne'
Corporation dated IV7 fi y 1 / 9 90 conveying a:
easement for waterline purposes over a portion of Lots 44
45, Carlsbad Research Center Unit 3, Carlsbad Tract 85-24
Map 11810 which is on file with the Carlsbad Municipal Wate
District and is incorporated herein by reference, i
accepted.
3. That the Secretary of the Board is authorized to
cause the original Deed to be recorded in the Office of tk
