RESOLUTION NO. 660
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF TWO DEEDS CONVEYING TWO WATERLINE EASEMENTS TO CAL 4189 JOINT VENTURE ACROSS A PORTION OF CARLSBAD TRACT 85-19 (MEADOWLANDS SUBDIVISION)
5 WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad
6 Municipal Water District has determined it to be in the 7(1 public interest to quitclaim said easements:
8 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of
9 Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as
