A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE DISTRICT HEADOUARTERS-CMWD 86-107.
