RESOLUTION NO ,. 669
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OI? DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING EMPLOYEE COST-OF-LIVING INCREASE AND IMPROVED EYE CARE PLAN COVERAGE
WHEREAS, District employees, as in the past, have m(
selected representatives from their group to negotiate
requests with the General Manager.
WHEREAS, these representatives, after meeting with a:
employees and arriving at those requests of greatest imp0
to the majority of the employees, then presented a request
General Manager for a cost-of-living increase of 5.5% ba
the CPI-U index for the Los Angeles :region, and an upgrade
eye plan coverage currently enjoyed by District employees
General Manager then transmitted t:he request to the Bo?
Directors.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Ca:
Municipal Water District approve the requests described abc
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting (
Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the -_- 10th c
July , 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Larson
NOES: None ABSENT : None
