RESOLUTION NO. 670
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING AMENDMENT TO DUDEK & ASSOCIATES, INC.
SCOPE OF WORK FOR MAERKLE PUMP STATION
WHEREAS, the design of the proposed Maerkle Pump Stat
continuing, and
WHEREAS, changes are required to conform to thc
supplied by the District's updated Potable Water Master P1i
WHEREAS, these changes will require an increase
consultant's contract amount of $37,140.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Board of Directors of the Ca
Municipal Water District hereby approve the change and aul
the increase.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
Carlsbad Municipal Water District held on the 10th
July , 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES: Board Members Lewis, Kulchin, Pettine, Mamaux and Lars0
NOES: None
ABSENT : None
