RESOLUTION NO. 671
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
AUTHORIZING THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PERIODIC SALES
OF THE COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Direct
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the Carlsbad Municipal Water District does
authorize the County of San Diego to dispose of surplus PI
which is no longer required by the Carlsbad Municipal
District and to collect appropriate surcharges to offset t
rata costs for the sales.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting
