A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
ACCEPTING TWO WATERLINE EASEMENTS AND TWO
SUBORDINATION AGREEMENTS FOR LOTS 18 &
19-MADISON SOUARE-PHASE I1

WHEREAS, MADISON SQUARE DEVELOPMENT 11, a California g
