RESOLUTION NO. 68 1
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING THE EXECUTION OF A DEED CONVEYING A WATERLINE EASEMENT TO
THOMAS M. LINDEN ACROSS A PORTION
OF LOT 1, CARLSBAD TRACT 80-33
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbac
Municipal Water District has determined it to be in thc
public interest to quitclaim said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board 0:
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, at
follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed conveying an easement for watt
purposes to Thomas M. Linden, which is on file with the Sec:
of the Board of Directors and is incorporated by this refe:
is approved.
3. That the President and the Secretary are authorir
execute the deed which will be returned to Thomas B. Lindt
recordation.
