RESOLUTION NO. 683
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING A CONSULTANT AGREEMENT FOR THE
TWIN ‘D‘ WATER STORAGE TANK SITE
EXPANSION - CMWD PROJECT NO. 84-111
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Water Distric-
requires the services of a professional design engineerinc
consultant to prepare improvement plans and specification:
for the site expansion of the Twin ‘D’ water storage tank
CMWD Project No. 84-111 located easterly from tht
intersection of 1-5 and Poinsettia Lane easterly along tht
Poinsettia Lane prolongation 8,500 feet; and
WHEREAS, a scope of work and consultant agreemer
been prepared for said services; and
WHEREAS, the Carlsbad Municipal Water District €
finds it necessary, desirable and in the public intere
approve said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:

2. That the consultant agreement between Mac Dc
Stephens Engineers, Incorporated, and the Carlsbad Muni
Water District is hereby approved and the President an(
Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to forward copj
said agreement to Robert Coates, San Diego Regional Manager
