A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ADOPTING THE WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN WHICH INCLUDES VARIOUS WATER CONSERVATION MEASURES FOR THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WHEREAS, various water conservation measures
considered and recommended by both the Board of Directors a
Water Commissioners: and
WHEREAS, the recommended water conservation me:
were studied by staff and incorporated into a Water Mana
Plan for the Carlsbad Municipal Water District; and
WHEREAS, this Plan goes into specific detail on a
proposed water conservation measures and will be a funda
planning tool for the District’s public information campa
1990-91 (copy of Plan on file in the General Manager’s off
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Boa
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District hereby a
and approves the District‘s Water Management Plan.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting

August , 1990, by the following vote, to wit:
