RESOLUTION NO. 684
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
ACCEPTING A COVENANT FOR EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, T.I.L., LTD., a Califcrnia limited partnershi
