RESOLUTION NO. 687
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPOINTING ERIC LARSON AS ITS REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, Claude A. Lewis, President of the Boa]
Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District, has desi! and appointed Eric Larson to serve as its representative c Board of Directors of the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Carlsbad Municipal District desires to consent to and approve said designatic
appointment; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 506, it was declared the 1
of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District that no person serve more than six years as District representative on tk
Diego County Water Authority Board of Directors;
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby resolved that the desig~ and appointment of Eric Larson as representative to the Boz Directors of the SAN DIEGO COUNTY WATER AUTHORITY is 1 consented to and approved.
