A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM FACILITIES TO CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER-COLLEGE BOULEVARD OFFSITE WATER LINE, CMWD PROJECT NO. 84-207

WHEREAS, the public water system which includes pipe1
valves and appurtenances constructed in Carlsbad Research CE
College Boulevard Offsite Water Line, CMWD Project 84-20
7 I/ accordance with the plans filed with CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL

DISTRICT is built for public use and that upon its acceptar
said District, all right, title and interest of the Car

Research Center in and to said facilities shall vest in
District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors further certify that ar
all claims for labor, material, or any other construction
have been cleared so that there are no encumbrances and the

cost of pipeline construction amounted to $
