RESOLUTION NO. 689
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER
SYSTEM FACILITIES TO CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER UNIT 4, CMWD 85-205 j
5 WHEREAS, the public water system which includes pipel

Unit 4, CMWD 85-205 in accordance with the plans filed 7
valves and appurtenances constructed in Carlsbad Research C
that upon its acceptance by said District, all right, tit1 9
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT is built for public us' 8
lo interest of the Carlsbad Research Center in and to ll
11 facilities shall vest in said District; and

all claims for labor, material, or any other construction
have been cleared so that there are no encumbrances and the
15 cost of pipeline construction amounted to $ 380,499.00

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors further certify that ai
