RESOLUTION NO. 693
A RESOLUTION OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
WATER DISTRICT APPROVING QUITCLAIM FOR AN
OFFER OF DEDICATION FOR A WATERLINE
EASEMENT TO DAVIDSON COSCAN PARTNERS
ACROSS A PORTION OF LOTS 92, 93, 96 & 97,
CARLSBAD TRACT 85-35, AVIARA PHASE I,
UNIT C, CMWD 88-503
WHEREAS, Davidson Coscan Partners have submitted a re
for quitclaim of an offer of dedication for a waterline eas
over a portion of Lots 92, 93, 96 & 97, Carlsbad Tract 8
Aviara Phase I, Unit C; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Muni
Water District has determined it to be in the public intere
quitclaim said offer of dedication;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directo
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Quitclaim Deed conveying the off€
dedication for an easement for waterline purposes to Dak
Coscan Partners, which is on file with the Secretary of the
