A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A WATERLINE EASEMENT AND A
SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT FOR LOTS 16, 18 &
19, Carlsbad Research Center, Unit 1,
CARLSBAD TRACT 81-10, CMWD 89-C-304
4 WHEREAS, Larwin-Rosedale Properties has submitte
