I RESOLUTION NO. 702
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
CHANGING THE COMPENSATION FOR BOARD MEETINGS
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has determined effective with the installation of the new Board membe December 1990, a one-time per month meeting fee of $100 wj paid to each Director in attendance; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend Article 2, SC
2.3.1 Compensation, and Section 2.3.2 Reimbursement accordance with Exhibit 1 attached:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Boa:
Directors of Carlsbad Municipal Water District, tha.
Administrative Code is hereby amended as described in Exhib.

ARTICLE 2. ORGANIZATION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
Sec. 2.3. Compensation
2.3.1 Compensation. It is the policy of the Distric' that a Director is considered to be rendering service b] request of the Board and shall only be compensated fo:
attending one Board meeting each month at $100 for tha:

2.3.2 Reimbursement. It is the policy of this Distric- that expenses are incurred by a Director in thc performance of duties requested or authorized by thl Board, and shall, upon claim, be reimbursed.
