RESOLUTION NO. 698
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT,
ACCEPTING A WATERLINE EASEMENT AND A
SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT FOR LOT 37,
AIRPORT BUSINESS CENTER UNIT 2, CARLSBAD
TRACT 81-46, CMWD 90-'2-348
WHEREAS, JACK D. MCCORMICK, as Trustee of the McCo

Family Trust dated January 20, 1982, has submitted a Wate
Easement conveying an easement to the Carlsbad Municipal
District for waterline purposes over a portion of Lot 37, Ai
9 (I Business Center Unit 2, Carlsbad Tract 81-46; a Subordir

attached thereto and shall be made a part thereof; WHEREAS
Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water Distric
determined it to be in the public interest to accept said
