RESOLUTION NO. 703
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR WATER LINE
PURPOSES FOR LOT 29, CARLSBAD OAKS EAST.
CMWD PROJECT NO. 89-C-317
WHEREAS, Carlsbad Oaks East, Ltd., has submitted a

Deed conveying as easement to the Carlsbad Municipal 1
7
District for water line purposes over a portion of Lot
Carlsbad oaks East; and
a WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Muni
9 Water District has determined it to be in the public intere;

accept said Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Direct01

the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:

1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the Grant Deed from Carlsbad Oaks East, 1
15 dated October 30, 1990 , conveying as easement for watel

purposes over a portion of Lot 29, Carlsbad Oaks East which :

incorporated by reference, is accepted.
