RESOLUTION NO. 2
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
WHEREAS, Spyglass Pointe 72 Homeowners Associatio
submitted three (3) Grant Deeds conveying an easement t
Carlsbad Municipal Water District for water line purposes (
portion of the common areas of Lot 1, 2 & 4, Spyglass PI
Carlsbad Tract 84-10, CMWD Project No. 83-108.8: and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mun.
Water District has determined it to be in the public inter6
accept said Deeds:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directc
the Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the above recitations are true and correct.
2. That the three Grant Deeds from Spyglass Poin
Homeowners Association dated November 28, 1990, over a port:
of the common areas of Lots 1, 2 & 4, Spyglass Pointe, Cal
Tract 84-10, CMWD Project No. 83-108.8 which is on file wit
Carlsbad Municipal Water District and is incorporatt
