RESOLUTION NO. 706
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING THE CONSTRUCTION OF WATER SYSTEM FACILITIES TO AIRPORT BUSINESS CENTRE UNIT 2, CARLSBAD TRACT 81-46, CMWD PROJECT NO. 84-202
WHEREAS, the public water system which includes pipel
valves and appurtenances constructed in Airport Business C
Unit 2, Carlsbad Tract 81-46, CMWD Project No. 84-20;
accordance with the plans filed with CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL
DISTRICT is built for public use and that upon its acceptan
said District, all right, title and interest of the Car
Airport Centre in and to said facilities shall vest in
District; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors further certify that ar
all claims for labor, material, or any other construction
have been cleared so that there are no encumbrances and the
cost of pipeline construction amounted to $200,000.00; ar
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Directc
