A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING CONSTRUCTION OF THE TEN MILLION GALLON MAERKLE RESERVOIR AND PIPING APPURTENANCES
(CMWD PROJECT NO. 87-109)
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Muni Water District has determined that Commercial Contractors, has completed the subject project in accordance with the p
specifications and terms of the contract document: and
WHEREAS, the District Engineer has recommended tha' Board of Directors accept the facilities construct€ Commercial Contractors, Inc., authorize the Secretary to f Notice of Completion and authorize. the General Manag€
release the final retention of funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Dire
