A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A WATER LINE EASEMENT AND A SUBORDINATION
AGREEMENT FOR PACIFIC POINT BUSINESS CENTER,
PARCEL 2 OF PARCEL MAP NO. 16274, CMWD PROJECT
NO. 89-C-296
WHEREAS, PACIFIC POINT BUSINESS CENTER, LTI
