A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT INCREASING
TEE MAJOR FACILITIES CHARGE (M. F. C. )
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Municipa:
District has adopted Resolution No. 481 setting the con
charge known as the "Major Facilities Charge" which is app
any new water service or altered water service required
the boundaries of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District; a
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has approved the 1991 7 Water Master Plan which updates the Capital Improvement

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors has reviewed and consider
Capital Improvement Program, as shown in the 1991 Potabl
Master Plan, and other information and public comments pr for its review and concluded that an increase in the Facilities Charge is necessary and will not exceed the es reasonable cost of providing water service to new develporr allocated on an equivalent dwelling unit basis:
