A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND AUTHORIZING THE SECRETARY TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE
CONSTRUCTION OF THE JEFFERSON STREET WATER
LINE PROJECT, CMWD PROJECT 89-101
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mun:
