A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, TO GRANT AN EASEMENT TO SAN DIEGO GAS & ELECTRIC COMPANY FOR RELOCATION OF OVERHEAD FACILITIES FOR PROPOSED CHLORINATION FACILITY AT MAERKLE DAM SITE (FORMERLY SOUIRESI CMWD 89-109
