RESOLUTION NO. 727
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRIST APPROVING
THE ACOUISITION OF THE KAISER PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City Attorney, City Manager and (
Manager of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District jc
recommending that the Board of Directors approve the acquisi.
the Kaiser property in CMWD v. Kaiser, Case No. N44067,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Dii
