RESOLUTION 728
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, TO GRANT A REIMBURSEMENT TO SOLAMAR ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION FOR OVER-SIZING OF' PIPELINE (10" LINE VERSUS 8"LINE), INSTALLED IN THE SOLAMAR ESTATES MOBILE HOME PARK, CMWD 88-201
WHEREAS, SOLAMAR ESTATES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION,
