RESOLUTION NO. 729
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
APPROVING THE INSTALLATION OF VOICE MAIL
WHEREAS, the District desires to install a voicc telephone system in order to cope with the large volume of for conservation information; and
WHEREAS, this system was not funded in the 1
budget.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Boa
Directors of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District as foll
1. That the above recitations are true and corre
2. That the amount of $27,000 is hereby approp from the Unappropriated Reserve Fund to suppo the cost of this system; and
3. That District staff be authorized to proceed ' the purchase of the system.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Dir of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District at its meeting hc
April 9 , 1991, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES : Board Members Lewis, Larson and Nygaard
NOES : None ABSENT: Board Members Kul
