RESOLUTION NO. 734
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A WATER LINE EASEMENT AND TWO SUBORDINATION AGREEMENTS FOR LOTS 14 & 15, C.T. 74-21, CMWD PROJECT NO. 88-C-258
WHEREAS, EL FUERTE BUSINESS CENTER PARTNERS, a Cal
limited partnership, have submitted a Water Line Easement co'
an easement to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District for wa
purposes over a portion of Lots 14 and 15, Carlsbad Tract
CMWD Project No. 88-C-258; and two (2) Subordination Agrl
from the SANWA BANK CALIFORNIA, a California corporation,
provides that foreclosure or other enforcement of rights und
deed of trust shall not affect said easement attached ther,
shall be made a part thereof;
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad Mu
Water District has determined it to be in the public inte:
accept said Deed and Subordination Agreements;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Di
of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District as follows:
