RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FOR CARLSBAD HIGH SCHOOL PHASE I CMWD PROJECT NO. 88-116
WHEREAS, CARLSBAD UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT, AS SU(
TO OCEANSIDE-CARLSBAD UNION SCHOOL DISTRICT OF SAN DIEGO CI

a Grant Deed conveying an easement to the Carlsbad Municip
District for waterline purposes over all those portions o
248 and 249 of THUM LANDS, in the City of Carlsbad, Count!
Diego, State of California, according to map thereof No.
Carlsbad High School Phase I, CMWD Project No. 88-116; anc
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of the Carlsbad MI
Water District has determined it to be in the public intc

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of D.
of the Carlsbad Municipal Water District as follows;
