RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT ACCEPTING A
GRANT DEED ACROSS A PORTION OF LOT 7, CAR
COUNTRY UNIT 2, CARLSBAD TRACT 87-2, CMWD
PROJECT NO. 89-C-305
WHEREAS, CHRYSLER REALTY CORPORATION, a Dl

corporation, have submitted a Grant Deed conveying an ease:
