RESOLUTION NO. 750
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT FOR APPROVAL OF AVIARA PHASE 11, CARLSBAD TRACT 89-32 AND ACCEPTANCE OF POTABLE AND RECLAIMED WATER
SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT, CMWD PROJECT
NO. 90-504
WHEREAS, AVIARA LAND ASSOCIATES LIMITED PARTNEI
Delaware limited partnership, have submitted completed p:
agreement for potable and reclaimed water system
improvements for Aviara Phase 11, Carlsbad Tract 89-3
Project No. 90-504; and
