RESOLUTION NO. 755
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A
WATER LINE EASEMENT AND A SUBORDINATION
AGREEMENT FOR LOT 70, C.R.C. UNIT 4, C.T. 85-
24, CMWD PROJECT NO. 90-C-344
WHEREAS, COBRA-BLACKMORE, a California
partnership, have submitted two Water Line Easements convc
easement to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District for water
