RESOLUTION NO. 758
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A WATER LINE EASEMENT AND A SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT FOR LOT 1, CREEKSIDE, MAP 10061,
C.T. 80-33, CMWD PROJECT NO. 9042-339
WHEREAS, CREEKSIDE BUSINESS PARK, a California
partnership, have submitted a Water Line Easement conve
easement to the Carlsbad Municipal Water District for wa
purposes over a portion of Lot 1, Creekside, Map 10061, C.T.
CMWD Project No. 90-C-339; and a Subordination Agreement f
Bank of La Costa, which provides that foreclosure 01
enforcement of rights under said deed of trust shall not
