RESOLUTION NO. 761
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING A WATER LINE EASEMENT AND A SUBORDINATION
AGREEMENT FOR LOT 11, CARLSBAD RESEARCH CENTER UNIT 1, C.T. 81-10 CMWD PROJECT NO. 87-C-232
WHEREAS, Crivello Corporation, a California corpc
have submitted a Water Line Easement conveying an easement
Carlsbad Municipal Water District for waterline purposes
portion of Lot 11, Carlsbad Research Center Unit 1, Carlsbi
81-10, CMWD Project No. 87-C-232; and a Subordination Aq
