RESOLUTION NO. 762
RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE
CARLSBAD MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT, ACCEPTING THE
BIDS AND AUTHORIZING PURCHASE ORDERS FOR TWO
1/2 TON GAS PICK-UP TRUCKS, A 3/4 TON GAS TRUCK
AND A 5-CUBIC YARD DIESEL DUMP TRUCK.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Direct(
Carlsbad Municipal Water District, as follows:
1. That the bid of FULLER FORD, 760 Broadway, Chula Vista (
is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to c
Purchase Order for the purchase of a 314 ton gas truck in the amount of $
including tax and delivery, and a 5-cubic yard diesel truck in the amount of $
including tax and delivery.
2. That the bid of DIXON FORD, 5555 Paseo Del Norte, Cal
92008, is hereby accepted and the Purchasing Officer is hereby authorized to
Purchase Order for the purchase of two 1/2 ton gas pick-ups in the amount of $
including tax and delivery.
